a decent stay overall

the location was very convenient, close to the train station. i stayed in a renovated room, and it was great! i especially liked the spaciousness.
i found a few issues. basic amenities like a kettle were missing from the room.

wonderful stay with fine views

The location was superb, right across from the big lawn where i watched paragliders float down (so romantic!). my room had a balcony facing the mountains. I spent mornings just soaking it all in. the receptionists were also really friendly and helpful with directions.
i noticed a slight cigarette smell on my floor one evening during a hotel event, a bit off-putting.

the room was quite spacious, with a layout that felt very comfortable and well-planned, including a supremely comfortable bed and pillows for a restful experience, ideal for a romantic getaway.

The staff was super attentive and helpful. They even delivered my luggage to the room after i stored it before check-in, showing great care and consideration, perfect for making me feel special.

the hotel offered complimentary access to a rooftop observation deck with fine vistas, it was special. the sauna and gym were available for free, it was perfect after a day of exploring.

The location was acceptable as a base for exploring, even with the paragliders constantly buzzing around.
My room seemed like a time capsule. The decor looked quite dated, and the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been updated since the disco era. A constant, low-level hum resonated from somewhere near the balcony. I suspect it was some sort of ancient ventilation system.
